The Wendy House

I seem to have become a sort of unofficial "Agony Uncle" for the  Facebook "Moving to Bulgaria" group. Here are a few words of advice I recently gave to a lady called Wendy. Moving to Bulgaria

Sorry if this sounds thick... but what is the very first thing we need to do before buying a house in Bulgaria? Is it the visas? Is it buy a house first?
